This is a line for the production of zipper bags, a high-efficiency, precision-engineered solution for the manufacturing of reclosable zipper bags within multiple specifications. These are products usually referred to as zipper bags, reclosable bags, self-sealing bags; because they can be sealed by the consumer and because of what they accomplish — keeping freshness inside after opening — popular in food packaging applications as well as pharmaceuticals, hardware, electronic components — just about anywhere where the convenience of resealing is desired.

This process differs from standard film blowing and bag-making lines because it requires an advanced mechanism to insert zipper profiles into the structure of the film seamlessly without compromising flatness, tensile strength, or sealing integrity of the bag.

Material Compatibility

The line is mainly optimized for LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) in which:
